Our menu provides for a menu covering a six weekly period after which the menu repeats. All food is prepared at the centres by our cook. The ingredients are wholesome, fresh and for the most part unprocessed. We cater for children with many special dietary requirements.
Children are given:

Recipes that make up our menu are from Caring for Children Food, Nutrition and Fun Activities, which are published by NSW department of health. This publication is one recommended for use in Day Care Centres by ACT Day Care licensing authorities.
It should be noted also that cooking is part of our centres program and at times children do cooking activities. Simple activities such as cooking cakes, soups or desserts are fun ways of introducing cooking to the children. We celebrate birthdays often by making birthday cakes.
Please let the staff know if you do not wish them to serve your child certain foods, as we are only too happy to work around special dietary requirements.
