Our Fees

Fees are payable fortnightly in advance as your deposit, this is non-refundable after confirmation is confirmed. Fees are payable for the period your child is booked into the centre, including times when your child is absent due to illness, on holidays and for public holidays.

Two weeks notice is required when withdrawing a child from care. If no notice of withdrawal is given then two weeks fees are required in lieu of notice.

Fees more than three weeks in arrears attract a weekly administration charge of ten dollars for each week of fees overdue.

In the event of fees not being paid and the centre having to proceed to a debt recovery through a debt collection service or court, all costs incurred by the centre in the recovery of the debt must be paid by the debtor and will be added to the amount owed.

In the event of fees being more than one month overdue, your child’s place at the centre will be allocated to the next person on our centres wait list.

Fee charges can vary without notice, as can the conditions of enrolment.

Holiday Periods

Our centre is open for fifty-one weeks of the year closing for one week in the Christmas / New Year period. The centre is closed for public holidays.
