The coordinator of the centre is the person in overall charge so it is to this person that initial contacts should be made. If you have a concern you wish to discuss please make an appointment with the coordinator.
Level 4 assistants are in charge of separate rooms. Level 2 and 1 assistants work under level 4’s with level 2’s being senior to level 1’s.
We value feedback from parents, be it ideas, problems or improvements you may suggest.
We have a suggestion box, and room communication books. Room staff are always willing to pass on to the coordinator concerns if they are not able to satisfactorily answer your questions initially.
As well as this each room keeps developmental records on all children. These records are available at any time.
