We believe families are the primary context in a child’s life, and they are the first and most influential teachers. Our philosophy puts the utmost importance on a collaborative partnership with our families. Our relationships with families are based on acceptance, inclusiveness, and recognition, crucial to the sense of belonging. We encourage families to join in on shared decision-making, motivating them to participate and contribute to our setting. Actively listening and taking in their suggestions, ideas, and opinions help to build their trust in us. We are working together with each family to provide the best possible environment for the children.
Prior to officially starting, we offer free orientation days to assist children during the transition period to a new environment. We also offer make up days to any children who have been away due to illness, holidays (including public holidays), and other personal reasons.
The Nominated Supervisor of the service is the person with responsibility for the day to day management of an approved service. If you have any concern you wish to discuss, please feel free to make an appointment.
